How to log in

Current online customers with an existing website login
If you already have a login from our previous website, you will have received an email
informing you of your new password. Simply login as follows:

Username: (email address)
Password: (new password received by email)

If you haven't received an email, click here.

Current mail order customers that have not yet ordered online
If you have a mail order account with Ellisons, but have not previously used our online
services, click here to request your account upgrade.

New customers
If you are new to Ellisons, click here to register. Ellisons are a trade only company and supply
to hair, beauty and nail professionals. Proof of qualifications will be required to open an account.

Navigation and site search

Finding your products with our shop menu
All categories online are listed in alphabetical order and have the same titles as featured in the
Ellisons Directory. You can also find all products online by using the new improved search
facility, which searches by:

Product codes (i.e. DC952 Beauty Essentials deluxe couch roll 20")
Brands (PhD, Minx, Wella, Salon System)
Description (the main product title i.e. Beauty Essentials deluxe couch roll 20")
Product detail
Keywords (i.e. DC952 keywords "paper roll", "bed roll")

Product reviews and sharing

Tell us, and your friends how much you love our products
Don’t just take our word for it. Write a review on products you have used and share your experience
with other hair/beauty professionals.

Share a product with your friends on your favourite social media sites like Facebook, Twitter,
Tumblr etc.

Creating buying lists

Fill your cart with items you use regularly, and whilst in your cart, click “Save as buying list” and give
it a name i.e. “My disposables” or “My monthly waxing” etc.

You can save as many buying lists as you like.

To reorder, go to “My Account”, followed by “My Buying Lists”, select buying list and click “Add to Cart”.

Keeping you up to date
Manage your address and contact details, as well as update your password.

My orders
You can view your online transaction history and even add the contents to your cart to reorder.
