We can offer you an equipment repair service for
equipment bought from us which is now out of
warranty. Please call our returns and repairs
department and request a repair number
before sending anything back to us.

Rates

£35 to check the equipment, diagnose the problem and recommend the repair.
There will be an additional charge for any new parts required and labour. This will be confirmed before
any work is carried out.
You can send in your equipment yourself or we can arrange for collection with a starting price of £12.99
depending upon the size and weight of the item.
If we are not able to repair your item we will contact you to see if you would like it sent on to a specialist
repair service.
Please note that there will be an additional postage charge to return the repaired item.
