TELESALES ADVISOR

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a proven passion for sales to join our busy Telesales Team. You will be required to provide an outstanding service to all new and existing customers. This will involve increasing sales via the sourcing of new customers and the retention of existing ones.

The successful candidate will also:

• Input customer orders accurately and expediently on to the computer system
• Provide a high standard of customer care to all customers
• Provide support for our marketing campaigns
• Offer valuable administrative support to the Field Sales Team
• Follow up all leads through to a satisfactory conclusion for both the customer and the Company

Qualifications/Experience
• GCSE Grade C English & Maths, or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 Business Administration, or equivalent, is preferred but not essential
• Experience of working in a busy Telesales environment
• Experience of working to and achieving individual and team sales targets
• Proven administrative background
• Knowledge of the hair and beauty industry is preferred, but not essential.

Hours of work are 39 hours per week:
Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
Friday 8.30 am – 4.00 pm
