This COMBINAL brow lift starter kit is ideal for creating fuller looking eyebrows for any of your clients that require volume and a more defined arch. A comprehensive brow perming kit, COMBINAL have been careful to include everything from three different shades of brow tint, lifting, fixing and priming lotion, glue, developer, brushes and bowls, all resulting in thicker, longer and more luscious looking brows.
