Cream eyeliner
This ruby red HD Cream Liner is a special colour intensive eye liner for fashionable, flawless lining. It is easy to control and doesn’t drip, ensuring flawless application. Its silicone base makes it incredibly durable and prevents cracking due to its flexibility, making it comfortable to wear. This amazingly versatile product is also water-resistant to ensure long lasting wear. It should be removed with Eye Make-up Remover.

How to apply
Use a fine brush for graphic liner and apply in 5 stages.
1. Apply the cream straight across the lash line.
2. Join the line from the inner corner.
3. Using the bottom lash line as a guide draw a line up and out.
4. From the tip of this line draw diagonally back down to join the line across the lashes.
5. Fill in the gap between the two lines of the flick. HD Cream Liner can also be blended across the eyelid as a base for Eye Shadow with a soft blending brush.
