Eye shadow primer
This professional Eye Shadow Primer is a base for a perfect eye make-up. The texture of the primer is creamy and velvety enhancing the colour intensity of the eye shadow. The primer allows a perfect application and blending.
How to use
Shake tube well before use. Apply a small amount of Kryolan Eye Shadow Primer onto your finger or brush. Massage onto the eyelids and underneath the bottom lash line with your finger or smooth in with a soft brush. Leave for a few seconds and apply eye shadow or loose pigment.
