RefectoCil full brow liner is ideal for cosmetically enhancing your client’s brows. With a superfine colour tip on one end of the pen for precision application and a brow comb on the other, RefectoCil is the perfect compliment for your professional brow and lash styling treatments.
Eyebrow treatment
Helping to make even sparse eyebrows appear fuller, RefectoCil fills in brows to better frame the face, giving your client a more youthful appearance. Available in three shades, light, medium and dark, this medium shade is perfect for clients with light and medium brown hair, or with a medium skin tone.
Smudge and waterproof
Suitable for a range of activities and weather conditions, RefectoCil brow liner can be worn to the gym and out in the rain, without worrying about the colour smudging or running. Specially formulated for 10 hour wear, you can be sure the eyebrow colour stays put from morning until night.
How to use Refectocil
Using the brow comb, brush eyebrows to the desired shape, then using the superfine pen tip, apply precision fine strokes of colour to fill in any gaps in the brows.
