Oxidant cream
This easy-to-use oxidant cream from Buff Browz has a rich, creamy texture, ideal for developing both Buff Browz hybrid brow stain and Buff Browz brow tint. An essential brow product for brow artists to create the perfect long-lasting dye, this highly versatile developer is designed to be mixed at a ratio of 1:1 with Buff Browz tint or stain, making preparation for brow lamination and brow lifts easy and straightforward.
