Christmas 2025 opening hours and large item delivery information

UK mainland - Furdeco furniture orders placed after 12pm on Friday 19 December will be offered a pre-Christmas delivery date. All orders placed after 12pm will be despatched on Friday 2 January 2026.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands - Furdeco furniture orders placed after 12pm 16 December will be delivered in January 2026.

Scottish offshore - Furdeco furniture orders placed after 12pm 12 December will be delivered in January 2026.

Phone lines will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 23 December and will re-open Friday 2 January 2026.

Two-person delivery

Your large item will be delivered by a specially trained Furdeco two-person team, who will deliver to the ground floor of your premises. How the service works

At checkout you can choose Furdeco as a delivery option. For an additional charge of £59+VAT* (see applicable post codes here) you can choose to have your order delivered by Furdeco’s specialist 2-person delivery service, arranged at a time that suits you. See below for how the service works.

Checkout

Once you have chosen our standard delivery option at checkout, we will send you a confirmation of order and another confirmation that it has been despatched to Furdeco's transport hub.

Arrange a date

Furdeco will contact you by SMS or via a phone call with a proposed delivery day. Delivery is subject to availability Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm* see terms and conditions on delivery. Once accepted, you will receive an SMS notifying you of a 3-hour window in which your delivery will be made.

Track your order

On the day you’ll be able to track the progress of your delivery with dynamic updates.

We’re on our way

When your delivery is on it’s way to you, Furdeco will call you to confirm details of the delivery approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

Your order is delivered to you by a two-person team, signed for and photographed.

Feedback

To make sure we're doing well, you will be asked for your feedback on the whole delivery process.
