The best-selling acne fix chemical peel targets every type of skin acne, including body acne.
Acne fix is designed for qualified aestheticians and therapists to deeply exfoliate their client’s skin, sloughing away dead skin cells and unclogging pores to clear congestion. This professional-grade chemical peel enhances overall skin health by promoting cell turnover and addressing persistent acne by unclogging pores and eliminating bacteria. It also helps to reduce the appearance of acne scars, improves skin texture and boosts collagen production - a multi-pronged attack on acne-prone skin.
Active ingredients
Acne fix features a cocktail of different acne-fighting acids, including:
Pyruvic acid
Helps to treat the most severe cases of acne, along with acne scarring, pigmentation issues and oily skin. Pyruvic acid exfoliates on a deeper level and helps to promote skin regeneration.
Mandelic acid
Targeting uneven skin texture, acne and hyperpigmentation, mandelic acid helps create a smoother, more refined texture, while being gentle on the skin.
Salicylic Acid
Helping to treat both acne and clogged pores, salicylic acid deeply exfoliates the skin to clear blackheads and whiteheads, along with any areas of excess oil and congestion, helping to control future breakouts.
Citric Acid
Addressing mild hyperpigmentation and texture issues, citric acid helps to even skin tone and balance the skin’s natural pH.
Recommended treatment timings and frequency:
To avoid the impact of intense UV exposure, acne fix is recommended for use from autumn to spring only, with treatment every 2-3 weeks. Acne fix chemical peel has a pH Level of 1.62 and is designed to remain on the skin between 1 and 4 minutes only.
Suitable for all skin types. For Fitzpatrick skin types 5-6, NCSKIN recommend using the glow fix chemical peel for the first 2 sessions, before using the acne fix chemical peel.
