This highlighter fan brush has white, synthetic bristles with a thin, fan-shaped head that provides sheer coverage. It is ideal for use with powder products and is designed to apply highlighter. Use to brush your favourite powder highlighter products onto the face and to effortlessly sweep shimmer products onto the highest points of cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, brow bone, and cupid's bow. It can also be used for sweeping off any excess product.
