Outstanding effects
These versatile special-effect drops can be used as a glitter or a chrome to produce outstanding metallic-like nails that glisten under the stars. To use as a chrome, apply a top coat to the nail and cure, then simply apply the moon drops onto a sponge, then apply to the nail. To use as a glitter, you can apply the moon drops directly onto the nail after curing the top coat. Always finish with a final top coat to seal the nails.
