This COMBINAL velvet lashes lash and brow conditioner is a nourishing blend of 100% natural oils, with a castor oil base. Including daikon seed extract, it helps to strengthen the hair follicles and will give your client’s lashes and brows fantastic shine and definition. Intensely nourishing, it conditions and helps regenerate lash and brow hairs from root to tip, helping to prevent breakage and fortifying frail and brittle hairs, for stronger, thicker lashes and brows.
